Game Thread | 2021-2022 Season | Game #80 | Cavs @ Magic | April 5, 2022 | 7:00 p.m.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
When Frobley comes back Love, Cedi, Rondo should not see any minutes. 8 man rotation should just be:

Garland
Levert
Lauri
Mobley
Allen
Stevens
Brown
Okoro

That should be the top 8 guys for us to be competitive.

I pray that Cedi and Rondo are both not Cavs next season which might be the next time we see Frobley at this point.

if the Hawks and the Hornets both lose tonight as it now appears they will, we will come out ahead in the playoff race tonight even though we lost. Teams are running out of time to catch us

Suddenly the play in rule change looks hood for us. This is a lottery team for sure otherwise. Sadly the play in does not count as playoff experience though. A series is a lot different than a single game. Maybe next year

Of course Garlands out of gas. He gets ridden 40 minutes a night by a Thibs-likem maniac except our Thibs cant fucking coach a single defensive unit that doesnt have 3 7 footers patrolling around. Hes a 3rd year player. Hes years away from his physical prime. At least 3-4 years away from it. He needs to follow CP3 around this summer. Do whatever that dude does for conditioning.

Atlanta have two easy wins to come + season series vs us, they will most likely overtake us if we dont win one more

Huh??? LOL
They got fucking embarrassed tonight and 10 seconds after the buzzer he’s all smiles… one would hope that this team would give a damn about getting embarrassed by a terrible team while still playing to lock up a 7/8 seed. He should be pissed not smiling immediately after the game

Gotta go vegan man

Bickerstaff is going to be one of Gilberts biggest buyers remorse situations of all time. Close to Mike Brown the 2nd time. Hes that fucking bad, man, Hes that fucking bad.

We let the Magic score 117.

And Dylan Windler and Goodwin couldnt even get 1 fucking god damned minute each.

Ed Davis cant get a single minute despite being effective about 75% of the time we play him as a last resort option.

Our offense is literally a 1 pass pick and pop with Love and Markannen. Thats all we got. And Garland on the high pick & roll.

There are defensive lineups we could have used today to be effective. Bickerstaff just doesnt know what the fuck hes doing. He doesnt know who to play. He doesnt know what to do without his fucking clever gimmick bullshit. He's a god damned journeyman retread who belongs as a lead assistant somewhere for the rest of his shitty career.
JBB deserves blame for several things tonight but not because of Ed Davis, Goodwin, or Windler LOL

How he and the players react to their post all star break experiences this offseason and next offseason will either be a huge growth point for this team or a critical failure to learn.

The injuries are real and matter but there has also been a coasting, possibly some “arrived” entitlement, not respecting lesser opponents, and not playing with the same effort and intensity we saw earlier in the year, good games and bad.

Alot of these guys are also mentally soft ..what happened to that junkyard dog mentality...Is mental toughness an acquired skill over time, because they gave up in this game

I don’t know. Losses to Pistons and Rockets were pretty bad too.
Earlier this year we had like a 22 point lead against the Pelicans and they were missing half their team and found a way to lose that game. That one and the Rockets are the losses that stand out the most to me.
This one is right up there too.

The Lakers loss at home was terrible as well
