I don’t know how anyone here can answer that question without having all the information that was reviewed by the MLB or the discussions they had with Bauer.
This is a good point and wouldn't be surprised if Bauer's told MLB to F##@ Off at every turn.I don’t know how anyone here can answer that question without having all the information that was reviewed by the MLB or the discussions they had with Bauer.
I found a bug - do I get a bonus? What I like about the title is that the "I" is what we call slent.

I thought this joke was hilarious, probably means you should apologize for making this joke, lol.
This but I find it unlikely they are sitting on a smoking gun that only they have. Possible though... more likely it's just Manfred & friends being vindictive.I don’t know how anyone here can answer that question without having all the information that was reviewed by the MLB or the discussions they had with Bauer.
From the outside, I would probably agree. It seems really convenient that the suspension doesn’t include the admin leave so it basically guarantees the Dodgers wouldn’t have to pay him another cent. This but I find it unlikely they are sitting on a smoking gun that only they have. I forget where I read or heard this but I guess Kershaw cannot stand Bauer and this was before the allegations. No way will Bauer be back in LA...From the outside, I would probably agree. Even if the suspension is eliminated or halved, I don’t know if a team is going to be willing to sign him due to the PR repercussions. Or in the Dodgers case, if they would keep him on the team or cut him even though they would owe him for his remaining contract and player options. It seems like the Dodgers want nothing to do with him.
