Maybe not the longest, but he should most definitely get most per year. He should be topping 40m annually, the Yankees would be insulting him by offering 37m per. Dude just flipped the metrics on their head, and he only stands to benefit more from next year's rushed pitchers and no shifts. I hope a big spender like the BoSox, Cubbies, Dodgers or Twins swoops in and gobbles him up.They offered more last year, 7 year, maybe even give him a y year this year and say 260 mill, which is 37 mill a year, but it wont approach Trout numbers, like I said, he is 30 years old. He wont get the biggest contract ever, miss it by as much as 150 mill
