Clearly none of you have seen Kuroko's Basketball. Okoro is making his transition into full Kuroko. Soon he will be on the floor and an automatic steal and assist every possession for 10 minutes a game. He is so invisible that no one will notice him throwing wild full court oops. Just wait

His confidence is completely shattered. I don't know why. He was better as a rook. He's not this bad, but he is terrified of making a mistake
I actually think his best game was his first pre-season game against the pacers. It all went downhill from there.

Yeah I mean he isn't doing a single one of the things on offense that made him look good in the preseason. He is like a statue out there. He was cutting and following up guards drives for putbacks in the preseason. That is exactly the type of easy offense he needs to get himself going. When is the last game he shot a 3?

Feel bad for the guy, but he has completely gone away from the things that were working for him and back to his invisibility cloak. He obviously has more to offer, we have seen it even if he it was inconsistent.

What I don't like is it seems we're done developing him. Why is he not being told to be more aggressive? Cavs are ok with him not scoring, not working on improving. I would rather he go 0 for 20 in a game then to not put up a single shot. I would tell him if he doesn't shoot he doesn't play, but they don't seem to mind that he's scared out there.

I hope I never see him go 0-20, it’s way too possible that it wouldn’t be a one off either. He shouldn’t shoot, he shouldn’t play, he isn’t an nba player

Lol, unless you're ben Wallace where you're completely changing the game without shooting, if you're going to be on the court you should be shooting.

How do you know they haven’t told him these things already and this is the result we’ve received from it? He passes up open shots all the time, and when he does take them it looks like he’s about to shit himself. He has a role to play on this team, and that’s bench stopper in 2-3 min stints. To get more time he’ll have to show he’s a non-black hole on offense. If he can just be that, he’ll play quite a bit.

That being said, any minutes you play Okoro you’re taking them away from Mitchell, LeVert, Wade, or Cedi, all of which are obviously better options. He’s currently so bad offensively it’s producing a major negative impact on the team and it doesn’t look to be just a confidence thing as of now. It’s a basketball skill problem and he‘a not going to be handed mass amounts of playing time to prove a defense needs to respect him. He’s going to get chances, but he’s actually going to have to earn his time this year.

This team is built to contend now. They can’t continue to burn rotation minutes playing 4-on-5 and hope that this candy ass finally gains some confidence.

Does the fact that JBB continues to trust this guy so much not just make people question JBB's coaching acumen?

Like....to not have even attempted Stevens once this season is just reaaaalllly bad.

He has favorites.

Use Neto, Lamar, Diakite. And when Wade is healthy, play him 30 minutes.

Okoro is unplayable. He wasn't even good on the defensive end. He wasn't terrible, but he got blown by on the perimeter numerous times.

Just waive him or wtv what’s the point anymore, there’s definitely better players rotting on benches around the league, overseas or in the g league
