Do Not Sell My Personal Information

LMAO basically the two most hyped prospects of the last 2 years as "under the radar" and the biggest import since Ohtani... I don't think they know what that phrase means.

Thats a tree behind the plate.

Sandy was 6-5.

I think the entire NY Mets fanbase (and the entire NL) is holding its breath..
A season long injury to Diaz will turn the NL on its ear..

Speaking of which I’m surprised there isn’t a thread discussing the WBC. Is anyone watching? I’ve liked the WBC since its inception and enjoy international competitions. I think this could help gain new fans that baseball desperately needs. Unfortunate Edwin Diaz got hurt, but he did it during celebration and I’d chalk that up as “shit happens.” Hope this doesn’t mean clubs won’t allow their star players to go in future years.

How hard does Amed Rosario throw? Maybe we could talk the Mets into this...

Don't really watch TV so haven't gotten to see games but have watched snippets and highlights. The Japan/Korea game had more viewers than any of the World Series games, altho the Astros being involved might have been a factor. I know the Czech Republic team had an awesome story, a bunch of baseball moonlighters and former Indians farmhand Martin Cervenka.

I’ve been catching it… What’s so interesting is the NBA for years now have tried to figure out a way to incorporate the foreign format— especially at all star weekend….

This WBC is simply fantastic, passion filled baseball… There is such authenticity to the pride these guys are playing with for their countries..

I wish somehow baseball could really do something like this more consistently and have a true World Series…

I haven't been watching to be honest. I usually try to catch it but I am not even sure what it is playing on...
