That would be funny if it wasn't true. Because that's the exact message that his comment sends.
What happens to this guy if he was in the military?

Basically I’m asking if blanket parties And fragging are real. @The Human Q-Tip
Every guy I ever saw like that got fired. Fast.
When you get a guy this bad who doesn't stand up for his troops, the troops or senior NCOc's will take care of it by fucking him over with the oldest troop-trick in the book. They'd start carrying out the absolute letter of his orders, but not a speck more. No initiative, no independent judgment. That inevitably causes huge problems for which they really can't be blamed, because after all, they did exactly as they were told. Not in combat, but everywhere else.
They'd leave him hanging out to dry, bigly. Seen it happen a couple of times, and it is wildly effective. But good troops that like their leadership will try to make you look good.

How often has the US. Government purposefully lost battle after battle for three years to secure more draft picks?
Besides Viet Nam?
I'm going to Hell for that joke.

I was watching with that in mind. For me his biggest fuck-up was, when the offense came out after the two minute warning, they weren't ready to run a play and Kizer had to call a time out. IDK how you can have that happen coming right out of the 2 minute warning.Love that you guys rode the ship down all the way to the bottom.
Captain Hue not only abandoned the ship, he threw a bunch of crewmen in while he swam away.
Did he do anything that would theoretically be fireable today?
That might be the best one could hope for.Is the dude being intentionally incompetent?
I mean, they are tanking. Is he embracing the role too much?
