2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
We were playing with fire but I'll take the win. Good thing Rivers likes to throw INT's.

It's cold as fuck in half the markets in the league during February. We want to add the games then?
The players aren’t going to agree to anything unless they get paid extra for the additional game.

"salvaging Carr" is the most commendable part of this. dude went from looking like a hero, to straight TRASH.... and now he's back to serviceable. Raiders are, too. Gotta give it up to Gruden.

@Triple-S is 100% correct about Lamar on the Browns.
Which is why it pisses me soooooo much about Baker. The system is holding him back.
(I also think something similar is happening with Wentz. Eagles have been injury ridden, but Groh vs. Reich isn't even a discussion. Reich worked magic in Philly and Indianapolis.)

People are too quick to go from "he's elite!" to "he's trash!" It's happening this year with Baker. THere's no middle ground with QBs.

Carr was always serviceable. He had a really bad year last year with fumbles, but he's always been an efficient passer who doesn't throw picks.

I get the game has changed and merely throwing more TDs than INTs doesn't make one above average. Everyone does that now.

But still, better than 2-1 for his career in that regard.

Huge game in the AFC South tonight. Gotta think the Texans bounce back but who knows. Indy is pesky and has much better coaching.

I’m playing against him in all 3 of my fantasy leagues

that’s how

I checked his score prior to that play in my dynasty league and got mad for a minute before I remembered I've already secured a first round bye so the next two weeks literally do not matter for me.

Don't suppose you could play against him every week?
Funny enough I have played Hopkins in both his multi touchdown games this season. Damn 12 team leagues

thank God I had the waiver tie breaker on an identical bid for Williams this week ($41, what a random number to tie on) so I don’t start out behind the 8 ball this week

Deshaun Watson fumbled that ball and it was pretty clearly recovered by Darius Leonard. The Colts should have gotten one last chance to win or tie the game.

But in classic NFL referee fashion they blew it dead and didn’t even bother to review it.
