That said, most of us are pretty aware that NBA practices are nothing like what we know HS and College practices to be. Always appreciative to have a little insight though.

Little birdies tell me things about the Cavs too, I'm just not revealing my sauces and rarely pass along what little I hear.

But in all honesty, I enjoy your takes, but the complaints about how the Cavs operate in practices? I'm gonna be honest with you and say welcome to professional sports at the highest level. Most NBA practices devolve into glorified shooting contests and the isolated skills practice.

Also, JBB is a shit coach and it's actually his daddy coaching through an earpiece. I just need Dean to confirm this one so I have a second sauce.

Agreed. And u and I know about practice but many do not. I can’t count on two hands the number of times I heard... If Wade was any good JB would know from watching practice.... kinda hard to know if you don’t conduct a real college or high school like practice.

I’ve been in the coaching business enough that I’m not going to throw people under the bus with much of what I hear. It will be little things.... not the big things to get anybody in trouble. Nobody’s running suicides for relating their plane schedule.
