Let's not forget that FOX, who is paying the B1G truckload of $$$$, was banking on ratings for OSU-UM this weekend and OSU in the B1G Championship game. They will do everything they can to make sure OSU plays this week and plays in the B1G Championship game next week.

I disagree. They would realize OSU has no shot with 1 loss with Florida and A&M sitting with 1 loss (1 SEC loss which equals 2 Big Ten wins @Cratylus ) and do everything they can to get IU into the playoffs if they beat OSU.

The rules were fucking stupid to begin with and everyone said so at the time. No hindsight happening here. Typical Big Ten to fuck themselves over. Sticking by a stupid rule for nothing beyond stubbornness and arrogance would, again, be typical Big Ten idiocy.
