2020 College Football Season/Playoff Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Anyone watching BC-Clemson right now?

BC drew Clemson offsides with a fake field goal attempt and then they made a ridiculous circus catch in the endzone to put them up 27-10.

I thought the NCAA has nothing to do with the NC with the implementation of the playoff or was that with the BCS?

Sky is blue, water is wet, Michigan sucks

Let’s get rid of replay while we are on this subject.

Michigan has played like shit but they also should have gotten the ball back down 3.

MSU kept that drive going on a ball that obviously hit the ground and wasn’t even reviewed.

I don’t understand why they even bother paying review officials.

I'm with you on that one...refs have been bad all day.

Replay officials in general are awful. I could bitch all day about them..

Yea I'm very, very over thecollege replay system.

The idea that "every play is reviewed" is an obvious lie that gets told every single game by the announce booth.

Go to the NFL system. Otherwise, just stop it altogether. It's pointless.

Michigan, as has been the case since Harbaugh arrived, lacks any big play potential.

They rack up yards and yet the scoreboard doesn't match.

Every drive is a 10 play grind. They never score on explosive plays.

Lame that BC blew it, but hard to stop Clemson even without Lawrence. Michigan losing to a team that lost to Rutgers a week before is glorious. Being a home loss to their in-state rival is also delicious.

Gattis has been a massive hiring mistake. You can blame a few drops here and there but he’s just not a good OC......and I generally have no clue what they are doing with their RB rotation.

Michigan has speed and athletes this year, Milton is inexperienced but talented for sure.....but today, their gameplan was just horrendous. They were wining vertically but kept wasting downs on inside runs. Even worse, Haskins clearly had the hot hand and got 5 touches. If you want to inside run, maybe give your big bruising back the ball. They did nothing to stretch the field vertically or horizontally. I don’t know, I don’t get it.

OSU will win by 30 again this year vs Michigan. That all time series gettin closer and closer.

For years I was afraid of the Michigan game because it's a rivalry and there's always a chance it gets interesting. Been a few years since that's been the case and I wonder when they'll worry me again.

Olave, Wilson, Fleming, Williams and Njigba are going that absolutely roast that secondary.

Not the tight ends though. Maybe 1 target for Ruckert on a checkdown or something

Judging by the classes Day and Co are assembling, not anytime soon.

moving back to Columbus next summer. Can’t wait to tailgate some OSU games again.

Lawrence out for ND game next week. Should be interesting...

If ND manages a win it could make for some interesting playoff scenarios. But hell, we just manhandled what was supposed to be our challenger in the B1G, no reason we can’t finish the job and waltz into the playoff.

The most important thing to me is how it affects the Heisman race. Missing time for COVID hurts Lawrence, especially since he’s missing the biggest regular season matchup of the year. If Fields plays every game at this efficiency (which is asking a lot but he’s amazing) then he may very well take over as front runner.
