Nothing changed after UCF beat Auburn, so I don’t think Cincinnati’s loss actually matters. But I do feel bad for the program, Fickell choked on clock management. Not only that throw but letting them snap with 10 seconds on the clock multiple times.

Still, an incredible kick was necessary to ruin their perfect season, they played a good game but the offense never showed up again after that huge run to start the 2nd half.

Yeah snapping it early I can sort of understand because you can get a proper push when GA expecting the snap with 2 seconds left.
going out of bounds a couple of times didn’t seem to stop the clock very long but made no sense.
but that 3rd and 2 pass was a momentum shifter. And that defense played so well but gave too much cushion at the end.

Too bad. I was rooting hard for Cinci and excited for them to win. Ughhh what a heartbreaker.
