Not sure posters will recall but I remember a bad late August loss to KC when a lackadaisical Grady Sizemore misplayed an easy fly ball, which allowed the winning run to score. Grady was laughing with another Tribe player because the Tribe was comfortably in first place at that time. But that miscue was the beginning of a horrendous tailspin that knocked the Tribe out of the playoffs. Could we be seeing a similar tailspin again, losing to a lousy team by not making basic plays on defense and a continuing lack of hitting? I have a bad feeling about these last two losses to the Royals.
