2020 Series #5 - Tribe @ ChiSox - Aug 7-9

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Ump has an absurdly large strike zone tonight. It's incredible that Civale was able to dodge it so much in the first inning.

That said, I have no problem with the attempt...DD steals plenty of bags and you have Hernandez at plate who can move him along pulling a ball

I think I would move Lindor back into the lead off spot. With Hernandez's ability to get on base, put the bat on the ball, or take a walk that seems like the perfect #2 hitter IMO. JRam in the 3 hole and continue the rest as is.

Van Burkleo "decided" to sit out the rest of the season. Let's see how they respond to some new leadership.

The key to lower Lindor’s GIDPs is to have no one on base before him.
Therefore, I vote that he had lead off.

Indians anemic offense back in play tonight.

We may have to "hold on" until Cease is pulled due to pitch count. A 100 mph pea on the outside edge to Franny. He gone!

Not sure why we are giving Van Burkleo any grief for heading home this season, but Hernandez has been pretty much as good as we could have hoped leading off.

Hernandez has been the ideal leadoff hitter. Lindor should never sniff that spot again.

I’m thinking moving Lindor to sixth in the order to send him a message.

I would be all for Zimmer running early in count

Three of the “hitter” in the Tribe’s lineup are below the Mendoza line.

Did I say Hernandez hasn't been good in the lead off role? Lindor did even better in the lead off role last season. Whatever gets the train rolling, and I'm sure Hernandez would still be just fine in the 2 hole. JRam being our most potent bat could stand another guy or 2 on base in front of him. Might or might not work, but other than last night, this offense has been anemic if you haven't noticed.
