Do we have someone who can do a search on all games where at least someone here called a game a "schedule loss" for whatever reason and then check our record in those games? Second night of a back to back, three games in four nights, five games in seven nights, last game of a road trip, trap game, first game of a homestand after a road trip, blah, blah, blah ... all I know is that players believe in themselves more than fans do, because we usually win those games. Have we even had a stinker of a game yet this year, where the players just gave up and accepted a loss without a fight? I don't think so, and that is a credit to JBB (and KA, too, for assembling a team of nonquitters).

Also, I think too much is made of high-minute usage for the young guys. Didn't Wilt use to play 48 minutes every night? I know at 50 years old I would play basketball twice a week for two hours at a time and would fret when it was my turn to sit out. They are professional athletes and should be superbly conditioned with world-class nutritionists and fitness experts making sure their bodies are in peak condition (well, except Harden and Williamson). They are physically in the primes of their lives. How can they not play for 45 minutes of stop and go action (with time-outs, half-time, etc.) Soccer players play twice that long (granted, there is more dead time in soccer, when one is away from the ball). Maybe it is more emotional energy than physical fatigue? But our guys are mentally strong, as they have shown.

Could someone explain to me what Josh Hart can do for this team that we don’t already have, not to mention he will cost assets……It’s being talk about in another thread, pretty heavy with excitement , not that they sayings it’s going to happen but they would trade for him giving up assets ……I don’t get it……

The Nets win was the best win of the entire Cavs season thus far, IMO. Only one that might have undone it is if Okoro was available for the Golden State game and they won.

Rebound the ball.

There's an easy one.

So give up important assets for a 6’3 rebounder…That shoot just as good as Okoro ?……..I whether go get Hield or McDermott,

Okoro is shooting 44% from the field, 30% from the three, and 71% from the line.

Hart is shooting 51% from the field, 34% from the 3, and 76% from the line.

It's not the same.

Hart isn't some elite, knockdown shooter, but yes, he's better than Okoro at it, and more than marginally.

He's also turned himself into a modest playmaker, averaging over 4 assists a game. Plus, his elite level rebounding for a guard.

I think Hart has turned a corner and is only going to increase in value from here on out, personally, and getting him now, before that happens, would be a steal.

So who would you trade , that Orleans would accept……

We're not what you'd call a good 3pt shooting team in the first place. With that in mind, it's amazing how well we've withstood all these shooting slumps. First Lauri had an absolutely horrible one, and now both Cedi AND Love are going through theirs at the same time... and still we're finding perimeter production from unlikely sources. Windler has stepped up on that front, as has Goodwin, which is even more of a shock.

Looking at the Cavs schedule over the next 6 weeks, wow. All these games against sub 500 teams. Barring injury or more Covid problems, the Cavs should be perched on top come March first.

This season is just remarkable and I don't understand any criticism for anyone on this team. Everybody can have a bad game or two, but collectively this team is amazing. I would not change a damn thing moving forward.

Only thing I would do is see what you can get for Rubio contract. Just to add some depth anywhere

Thinking too far ahead here, but I hope we get in as a seed and stay healthy. I want to see this young squad compete with house money, give no fucks, and mess teams' shit up in the post-season. CANT WAIT.
