The Bucks are really struggling and I think they need bench help if they want any chance at repeating.

They've missed at least two starters every game this season and sometimes 3 and 4 starters.

So it's gonna be tough to win when that's the case.

But their bench is not good. When fully healthy, to my eye, they've got two solid bench players. Bobby Portis and George Hill. Then it's down to Pat Connaughton as the 8th man.

After that it's a pretty steep drop off. I'm not sure if that's good enough to make a run again.

They might have to go out and try make a trade for a veteran player using Nwora.

They need Brook Lopez in the worst way. He us underrated and really important to their overall scheme.

They play mainly drop coverage and no one is able to do that other than him. Certainly not Portis...who can't really defend in any coverage. The lesser evil is a switching scheme for him, but he will get abused by good pgs, like Young showed last night.

They also suffer in the rebounding department without him.

Living in Houston, I'm exposed to the Rockets quite a bit.

I like Wood. I don't think he's as good as his stats indicate, but he can play. He's a got a more complete game in the style of Channing Frye.

I firmly believe that playing with KPJ is going to do major damage to Green's development. I think the Rockets are starting to see that as well. The Cavs did so well to move on from him.

This is another great example of the value of a guy like Rubio to a high-profile rookie. Simply by playing the right way, he helps push those younger guys into playing the right way as well. Maybe Green would be struggling anyway, but I can't help but think he'd look better next to Rubio than to KPJ.

Just a really smart pickup by Koby.

Yea Lopez is a very important player for them. Provides a great many things that really no one else can.

But even so I'm just not sure a bench led by George Hill and Bobby Portis is gonna be good enough.

If ever there was a team who really could use Kevin Love, even this version of Kevin Love, it's the Bucks. 20 minutes a night would do wonders for them.

Was just thinking about how much of a difference Rubio could make for Jalen Green.

Sounds bad. Is it as bad as being exposed to radiation?

Does it make all of your hair fall out being exposed to the rockets?

Yes, actually. Rockets fans are horrible.

KPJ is not a PG. I just don’t understand the Rockets not playing Wall hoping and praying someone calls. Wall needs to run the point.

Wall
Green
KPJ
Wood
Sengun

Should be the starting lineup IMO. There’s no way I would prioritize the 30th pick instead of the #2 pick. The Rockets fans also hate Silas. I hope the Rockets don’t land in the top 5.

OKC hanging with the Heat...so far. Dort is the player Okoro needs to become for the Cavs. Dort has confidence in taking shots on offense and will play through rough stretches. Lately, he's been scoring.

Giddey is a triple double threat, but needs to refine his shot. He often releases too quickly with loose form.

Ugh. Herro killing OKC with crazy Rex Chapman 1990s shots, and Miami's physical D is too much for them tonight.

Looks like both my teams with the L tonight. :(
