2021 College Football Season/Playoff Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Regardless of where the Buckeyes are ranked it feels like a scenario where beating Georgia is inevitable anyway. And honestly, I like how we matchup with them.
I do too...Georgia's offense is wildly mediocre, which bodes well for our defense.

And I think our offense is more than capable of scoring points on them, despite them having the best defense in CFB.

Not afraid of Georgia at all.

Well, they changed the OT rules. Starting with OT3 they alternate 2 point conversion attempts.
That's been in existence for.. at least a decade?

ETA:. They changed it this year so starting in OT 2 you have to go for 2

It’s a new rule this year. You’re thinking of the old rule where from 3rd ot and on after you scored you had to go for 2. Now it is just alternating 2pt conversion attempts until the game ends.

Oregon and Oklahoma are winning out and we're gonna get left out again.

Most we can do at this point is root for TTUN to win out to setup a top-5 matchup in the Big House. The B1G is a fucking embarrassment this year.

Iowa chokes to Purdue who is going to lose to a bad Wisconsin team.
Penn State is just a fucking joke.
Michigan State is alright, but they play TTUN before we play them, so I'd rather have them lose there.
Nebraska needs curbstomped out of our conference.

LOL, now Iowa State is losing.

Only game that didn't hurt us today was Michigan/NW

Well, Iowa State salvages some of today
