Fans would storm Cleveland Clinic Courts, like a group of folks did the Capitol, if Koby drafted Keon Johnson, Moses Moody or James Bouknight with the #3 pick. And he'd deserve his inevitable beheading.

What I could see is Koby deciding that the impact of drafting someone like Green or Suggs doesn't out weight the impact of drafting two players like Barnes, Kuminga, Jalen Johnson, or some other SF/PF. That's where a trade down could make sense. We don't need more guards.

Scottie Barnes at #12 and Jalen Suggs at #13 are shockers...and would make me feel better about not drafting them...

When you want half dozen guys from a draft you only have 1 draft pick, you use whatever you can to make yourself feel better about not getting the other 5.

Nice! This backs up my defense of Suggs from pre-lottery that his numbers were actually deflated by playing a weaker conference schedule.
