LBJ is still easily top-2.

It’s funny how people try to snipe at him falling off based off a single half off a game or a little stretch of games. Hate that he didn’t give us the career long franchise building stability that Duncan gave SAS, but it doesn’t affect my outlook on his place in history and his place in the present.

Don’t forget Dallas is not that good. LeBron can do that against that type of team without even giving max effort.

LeBron is still the best player in the NBA. He looks much better physically than he did last season.

Dwight needs to retire. Washed bum.

He did manage to deliver a devastating head shot to the opposing team’s star, along with several other hard shots at various times. That’s got to count for something

I see Lebron is back to trying again now that his handpicked Klutch crew. Playing nasty defense, diving all over the floor. I know thought of him hopping and bopping around if he wins a title for the Lakers makes me physically ill. I have Lebron James fatigue. I really do. He wont get old either. Somehow he will be playing like this at the age of 39 in his 22nd season. I know some of you like Lebron and want to see him win more rings with LA, and tbats fine, but i wouldnt care if he retired tomorrow. I am Lebroned out.

I don’t know if he is the best player night to night anymore. Or even if he will be better than Kawhi, Giannis, etc in the playoffs. But it really doesn’t matter. He is still good enough to make the Lakers a legitimate title contender. He’s still freakishly athletic. In the stretches where he puts his mind to dominating offensively, he looks very similar to the dominant LeBron of his second Cavs run. Especially when AD is at the five. And his defense has been really good this season. He is making excellent rotations and closeouts, and seems to get several momentum swinging charges drawn per game.

I agree 100%. I am so tired of LeBron and his obvious obsession with staying the "king" of the NBA. Theres so many awesome young players to enjoy, many of them on teams that haven't had much success. Yet the whole league is clouded by LBJ and his presence, because now he has concocted a team with ANOTHER insane level all star next to him, and he gives a totally different effort when hes got those type of players next to him vs when he realizes his team is weaker. And now hes probably goingto win titles for the one franchise that has plenty already, because he forced the one untouchable star in the league in AD to force his way to one particular team.

This league would be way better if we were watching Kawhi, Giannis, Luka etc all duking it out without the presence of another LeBron bully team.

He’ll regress back to regular season ‘Bron soon enough. Playoffs though... another question entirely. I don’t take absolute pleasure in his defeats like when he was with the Heat, but I do not want to see him win another championship outside a Cavaliers uniform.

Huh??: Dwight has been great for the Lakers and he had another good game for them last night against the Mavs. Unlike a guy like Melo he's totally (at least so far) accepted his role and not doing dumb shit like trying to post up. He's good on the glass, great on D, and is still able to finish inside off of PnR's and lobs

I'd take him in a playoff series over anyone except Kawhii. Kawhii does everything real well while Giannis I think you can make his jumper come back to haunt him. The Lakers need one more body to throw at the Clippers to have a good chance. Right now they're two best guards are Green and Caruso with Bradley a decent guy to get minutes. Guys like KCP, Rondo, Cook, etc. all suck. IF they get Iggy though in a buyout that will be a hell of a series.

One thing the Lakers are holding close to the vest is that small ball lineup with AD at the 5. He's doesn't like playing the 5 but when they've gone with it to close games it's been unstoppable. You throw Iggy into that mix: AD, Iggy, Lebron, Green, Kuzma and that is going to be tough for even the CLippers to match up well with Harell, Lou Will, Kawhi, Green, Zubac?. The Lakers 5 can switch anyone

Doncic is just a few months older than Reddish. Couple months younger than Sexton. Really crazy that he's already arrived as a superstar.

Yea last night was my first time really watching a full game of his, and man I had no idea just how good that kid is. So much fun to watch.
