Again.. Gimenez tried to go the otherway.. to hit it through the gap left by the SS vacating the area in a shift.. he didn't get on top of the ball/drive it.. otherwise.. it would have been his second safety of the night.. the Bebo single goes for naught.. onto the bottom of the frame..

Going to be hard to make this offense good, but there's a hole or two to fill. The way the Guardians can make it to the postseason is through strong pitching and average offense. We had neither this year, more like below average pitching and below average offense. But with healthy pitchers and being able to move some of our arms to the pen, I think we can set our expectations higher there.
 
We have been pretty generous in one regard... BUT NO MORE.
