With a day off tomorrow, there is nothing much to read in the Columbus Clippers starting lineup as all call up guys are in it including Battenfield (even though Pilk who started Sunday can pitch on Friday or weekend if need be). But, Chang and Bradley are in the lineup card tonight along with Palacios, Freeman, Gonzalez and Lavastida. But, still no word of players on COVID list per news reports so far.

Not going lie as much as I want to play this game today, I wasn’t feeling good about Civale going against the Sox’s today…….

According to ESPN Stats & Info, the Guardians were 1-626 when trailing by six or more runs in the ninth over the last 40 seasons.

I had to look up the date (May 25, 2009), but I can still remember that 1 win. Walk off winner by Victor Martinez against the Rays after trailing by 6 going into the 9th. I was watching in my parents’ basement.

I was asleep for this one though lol.
