2022 Vent Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Damn and here I thought @Mr. Orange turned a corner with the trolling.

Guess not.

First vent thread? Welcome, let me explain it to you.

The purpose of the vent thread is to give an outlet to say whatever outlandish “eff this team” type stuff and to keep it out of the main discussion threads. If you come to the vent thread, expect to see the hottest of hot takes. Don’t take them seriously. It’s the vent thread. By definition you can’t troll in a vent thread because anyone who comes in here knows (or is supposed to know) how it works.

Is that helpful?

Anyways, the Browns will finish 2-15 and Kevski is getting canned. Why? Because he sucks!

7-10 this year. 11-6 next. Kev isn’t going anywhere

I can't distinguish your vent thread posts from every other of your posts, but okay.

I can’t help but feel that Stefanski is on the hot seat. Let me be clear, I don’t agree with it at all. I think he’s a very good coach for a franchise that can’t even attract below average ones. You hang onto that.

But the fact remains that his teams often play down to their competition. We haven’t seen a blowout win in a while, and that’s concerning.

I worry that he’s going to be brought down by the people around him. Woods and Priefer have not done a good job over their respective phases of the game. Stefanski is new to the role of having to be the one holding them accountable, and this organization has pretty much been shaped in his vision, even including hiring Berry. I think it’s clear that Kevin is the centerpiece.

He’s got to realize when it’s time to cut bait before the players and ownership lose all faith. If Myles and/or Watson lose faith in this coaching staff, no amount of analytics showing offensive performance are going to matter.

Stefanski will get a pass this year because of Watson. It will be a very bad look to fire him this year. But I could see ownership of management make him fire Woods.

Don't let the rubes on the internet sway you. He isn't

I don't see anything even hinting at Stefanski not having complete buy-in from the players.

Everyone is on the hot seat at all times with jimmy. Don’t fool yourself.

Yeah I threw it in the vent thread because the hot seat and player bits I recognize aren’t very rational and/or supported. Just paranoia I’m feeling.

If they fire Kevin this year, I’m out for a very long time.
