I think the writing is on the wall for Schwartz...

It is very likely that if Goodwin makes the team, he might not.

Cooper, DPJ, Elijah Moore, Goodwin, Bell... if we carry a sixth receiver, Grant vs Woods vs Schwartz is more of a battle than it should be.

How fast is our WR room now? It has to be near the top of the league.

Well then that's Grant's job to lose unless they want to roll with DPJ back there. Can Woods be a PS player still? If they keep Grant as the 6th WR I think they would want to keep Woods on the PS then. Schwartz would be traded before he is cut IMO. Some team will give up a 6th for him if he has a decent camp and preseason.

Schwartz is absolutely done here barring some miracle camp.

I don't think they'll outright cut him until the last possible moment. They'll try to let him build some value during camp and trade him after preseason.

I wouldn't feel great if I was Schwartz, Woods or Felton at this point.

I suspect the Browns will only be keeping 6 WRs on their 53-man roster.

Cooper, DPJ, Moore are 100% locks. Depending on how much he just got guaranteed, Goodwin is likely a lock. Bell was a 3rd round pick literally last year, he feels like a lock. That's 5.

With Ventrone here, there seems to be an increased emphasis on special teams, so I think Grant is certainly going to get every opportunity to show he can still be a significant contributor on PR/KR.

Feels like everyone else is on the outside looking in at the moment.

Plus I am not even factoring in the possibility of them drafting another guy as well.

I think they're already talking to his agent and telling them to line up a trade if they can.

I could see Schwartz moved for a conditional seventh round pick.

Love this move and it points to the likelihood of another DT being brought in as well.

With the exception of the stars, no one is guaranteed anything. Whether a Berry draftee or not.

So they’re not going to look at the DT room and say well “we’ll just let Elliot and Togai fight for one spot.”

Hope it happens with Ionnadis or a few others
