Plop your non-playoff discussions here.

I don't know how this is going to look. This shit is tiny. Hopefully you can zoom in.

Keep an eye on what happens with the recently fired Bears quarterbacks coach Andrew Jonocko. He started out in the Vikings organization so he has connections with Stefanski and Petzig. I expect him to land somewhere with Cleveland or Arizona if the Browns lose some assistants on the offensive staff this off-season.

Mike is a little iffy on his team abbreviations apparently.

It’s been a pretty big drought for international Browns games. We could end up playing our Jags game in London or getting the Brazil game, others are off the table.

Eagles - Browns in Brazil?

In 2016 wife & I booked a cruise and I predicted the Browns at Eagles would be during our cruise (it was).

2020 was pandemic.

So I was counting on 2024 @ Lincoln Financial Field. Of course the NFL will move it to Brazil.

I’ve been there & it’s a bitch to get a visa.

Who will likely be traded, cut, or let go in free agency this off-season?

Newsome gets traded?
Teller cut.
Assuming we are stuck with Conklin and Wills?
Think Flacco, Grant, Goodwin, and Bryant are let go.
Can we afford to retain Za' Darius, Shelby Harris, Taki, Hurst, McLeod, Jacob Phillips, Anthony Walker, Jordan Elliott? Basically all of our defensive depth. I am certain some of these guys are not worth retaining.
I feel Nick Harris and Michael Dunn are replacement level guys that can be replaced rather easily.

I really hope Haslam doesn’t do something idiotic like dumping Stef for BB.

No its an offense driven league. Ski is better than Bill is now.
I also think Schwartz stays as DC despite other opinions. Gotta stop the high turnover rate. We made the playoffs even though we got demolished we were riddled with injuries.
If you are looking to fire someone start with JB

Coaching wasn't the problem. I will give Slowik credit: he knew what he needed to do. He drew up some unique big plays early because he didn't want to play from behind. The game broke open when Flacco started to press. He was pressing because we didn't have the talent on offense to keep up with those early big plays for the Texans. So, hats off... but this was a talent deficit with a pinch of great preparation from Slowik.

You raise a good question. Perhaps someone more qualified than me could answer this. Im going to sportrac and evaluate it myself. Do we retain Chubb or Cooper?
I felt this was our best shot unfortunately the injury bug hit us

If we don’t bring back Cooper, this offense won’t be good enough to make the playoffs. Wr don’t have the cap space and picks to build out a competent WR room without him.
