It seems to me that, at the minim, Hernandez is going to get nailed for obstructing justice, right? Goodall is going to shut him down for a long time regardless of the courts.

Sorry if I'm not adding much, I haven't been following the case closely up until this afternoon.

I don't think Tebow is athletic enough to play TE. He's a short yardage QB pretty much exclusively and has shown no other professional level skills(receiving, etc).

So basically we're at the point now where they don't want to charge hernandez yet because it's such a minor charge, however there are 3 guys that know what happens and the 2 that didn't pull the trigger are probably strongly considering making a deal
