Andre Drummond - LeBron's Robin

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
WTF is your problem with Drummond?

His defense the first four games has been excellent.

But everyones problems with Drummond are evident throughout his entire career.

So, I'm excited about these first few games, but that's not gonna change my feelings towards Drummond.

Ask me again in April.

He's very fast for a guy his size.

Really needs to work on his shot selection, too many times he’s triple teamed under the basket and doesn’t kick it out. If he could do that more consistently he would be so good

Been in the NBA almost a decade.

I can’t say I’m a Drummond expert, but I’d venture to guess the complaints Cavs fans have are the same Pistons fans have had that whole time.

I will say players change mostly when good/great coaches and/or great players get ahold of them and convince them to change for the greater good. Leaders get other people to make changes.

The question I’d ask is whether the Cavs have any of those things going for them.

WTF is this serious post ? someone check on The Oi... he is either really, really sick or his wife hacked into his computer and she understands the NBA better than he does! Way too much EQ in this post and not enough anal.

That TS% :bad:

I honestly think he would be able to convince Cha or someone to offer him a max deal if he stopped shooting so many garbage post shots and just stuck to PnR/putbacks/wide open 3s/laydowns. He would easily be able to still get his 18 ppg but with better efficiency and hopefully a better A/TO. And then we don't have to overpay him, as MJ will do it for us.

That fg% is by far the worst of his career. The worst % he ever had was .514 so I have to believe he's going to get that up to 50% at some point if he
stops forcing it so much. The guy has so much talent but its maddening to watch him at times.

I didn't watch the game, but it didn't seem as if Drummond's shot selection was the problem yesterday. He only took 11 shots in 25 minutes. It seemed as if his foul trouble was the problem, which limited his playing time.

He was a team best +5 on the day.

Am I wrong?

He didn't move the ball back out properly when he was covered. Teams are going to dare the Cavs to shoot the 3 until they do it.

He was great defensively, but didn't get the calls.

Missed a lot of bunnies. He doesn't have good touch around the rim, that's for sure. Needs to be more deliberate there and take better shots. Needs to kick it out to 3 pt line.

The shots he took were bad shots. Driving the lane and firing it up at the rim thinking he's LeBron. Same thing with McGee shooting threes and running sky hooks. Too many wasted possessions with that shit.

Miles Turner who’s been a shot blocking machine this season (and on my fantasy team :D) might have had something to do with that.
