Yeah if you can extend McGee a couple years while you draft and develop a young big that's a no brainer.
To get any draft pick compensation we’d need to take money back close to Drummond’s, and it’d likely be for multiple years.I don't understand the logic in buying him out.. he is done this year.. if any one wants him, he is a second round pick.. in the mean time we are more competitive with him than without.. Of I was going to buy out any player it would be Love..
I think there will be a real rental market for McGee.. Depends on who makes the playoffs, but I could see Dallas interested for example, or perhaps the Heat..
I'd love to see him on the Nets taking touches away from some of the most prolific offensive players in the history of the NBAI’d rather hang on to him than buy him out and go to the Nets and fix their big man problem tbh
Classic Drummond. Forcing 3 of the top 10 scorers in history to ball watch. LOL!I'd love to see him on the Nets taking touches away from some of the most prolific offensive players in the history of the NBA
I do not think it will be soon. Think McGee or Drummond will be moved at a deadline to a contender. Hard to say who a lot the contenders will be with covidIt's just tough finding contracts that fit. I do think Charlotte and Toronto are the most likely teams.
What about Drummond for Lowry? He's old, but he could be the "chris paul" guy we are looking for to help the young guys.
otherwise it woudl basically be Rozier.
I imagine they Trade McGee instead maybe really soon.
I don’t think anybody wants Drummond. Our best hope is that somebody will want his expiring money.
I'd rather trade Drummond but keep McGee.
I'd rather my dick was 12 inches long? What is your point? I think McGee is much more tradeable.
