I think they trade Dre and look to re-sign McGee as a veteran mentor & solid role player. Getting Allen for next to nothing is a phenomenal pickup by Koby.

My guess is both will get traded. Part of the problem with Drummond's value last year was his player option. It might as well have been an addition year on his contract. Some team will take a chance to bring him in as expiring contract or a trial run before paying him. Drummond might have been in this Harden/Allen trade at some point because of the suspect injury designation that was given.

I think McGee will most likely be traded in the next week or so, Drummond will either be traded at deadline or walk in free agency. If Drummond is traded at deadline we will then obviously move Allen into the starting line up which I think most of us are keen for.

I don’t think anybody wants Drummond. Our best hope is that somebody will want his expiring money.
