I think is more a case of Baker just staring down his target. You can see the DB is watching Baker, and when he sees the throw he makes his move and is able to break up the play. I know people don't want to put all of the blame on Baker, but he is playing horrible. He's staring down receivers, his throws are often inaccurate, coming in either too hot, too high or both and he keeps breaking the pocket when he doesn't need to. It's a shame we didn't retain the QB coach that had him playing well.
