Baker Mayfield: Fire The Cannons

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
It seems like, barring unexpectedly *significant* improvement from Mayfield, that the Browns will be in a very similar situation next offseason that they're in now, only with fewer options and the possibility of tying up even more money in a guy who they don't know is the guy.
In addition to the fact that your running game is gonna have even more mileage and you’re probably gonna have to start working on the O-line again…

If the Browns still feel they’re in their championship window they better get the best QB option available to work alongside this running game…

2020 Baker and the Browns is not good enough in 2022 and moving into 2023… You have to be knocking on the door of that super bowl…

Baker just posted on Instagram that he’s getting off social media for the foreseeable future.

Now, how can we spin this in a negative manner? Too mentally weak? Needs to man up? “Foreseeable future” means he’s hedging and he’s indecisive because he didn’t say all off-season?

Ideas anyone?

The unintentional hilarity of taking to social media to publicly announce that you're taking a break from social media.

that’s the energy I’m talking about. How else can we clown him?

Kiss any potential high-end WRs goodbye if we trade for a QB. I'd be shocked if Browns sign a marquee name considering Stefanski's usage there. Agents will be telling their clients all about the WR analytics. Which leaves us to drafting a WR1.

The social media thing doesn't bother me, you either do it or you don't. He may be one of 32 that talks shit to local media.

But hey, LeBron announces zero dark thirty for decades, and when he's not doing that he's calling the president a bum. He also once trashed our own Brian Windhorst for picking Wizards in a playoff series.

Who gives a fuck.

But by any means, celebrate a guy getting ran off social media.

Browns fans have such a short memory. First decent QB during the return has played 4 seasons in a row and the fans are running him out of town... JCF
And I am absolutely going to torture myself today to hear Dustin Fox's take on this, jesh he is such a bully.

Well Bill if he can't win a superbowl then he must go!! Same problem with like 24 other teams. Unfortunately we don't luck into Luck or Burrow. We get PFF's #1 darling Baker.

He should also consider taking some time away from the NFL…. Next couple decades or so..

I mean, when you’re someone famous with a shitload of followers, they might wander why you just completely stop posting if you don’t say something. And surely if he had just stopped posting without warning, the local media would spin it negatively, because that’s what Cleveland media does.

There are multiple paths to finding a high end WR.

Let's see what a break from social media actually means.
