We do four 9 hour days and a then a half day on Fridays at my work. Well, a couple of us decided we're going to play a board game each week (or maybe every other) after our day ends on Friday.
First up is Dead of Winter, which is a really good co-op (for the most part) survival game. I've only played it a handful of times, and we have yet to win, but it's a lot of fun. There's lots of strategy, and each character is fairly unique. There is certainly some luck involved with dice, but I think there are enough actions available each turn that you can overcome bad rolls and still contribute solidly.
