Any insight into how they’re deciding our 17th opponent next year?

Opposite conference. Same place in the standings. Not the division you're playing in 2021 or the division you played in 2020.

So a third place NFC team that isn't Minnesota (2021 opponent) or Dallas (2020 opponent).

So Carolina or Arizona for the Browns I'm almost positive.

Do they still plan on having 4 preseason games and 1 bye week?

I still have the Browns at 13-3 next season... :::shrug:::

Honestly looking forward to seeing if this organization can develop young players in the offseason

Given the quality of the team and the ratings we generated vs Pittsburgh, I envision 4 or 5 primetime games.

In fact, if the Chiefs or Pack win the Super Bowl, I could see either kicking off the 2021 season vs the Browns.

Bears, 1 Pittsburgh game, and 1 Baltimore game are also obvious primetime possibilities.

I need to see how effectively the Browns address their issues on defense before I could possibly be comfortable making a prediction on a 2021 record.

People aren't going to want to hear this, but I do think it's possible that the Browns could actually have a better team 1-53 in 2021 than they did in 2021, but still end up with a slightly worse record in 2021.

We'll see how it shakes out, but the schedule is unlikely to be as soft as it was this past year.

We have no reason to go get Watson, I don't know why anyone would think that! Watson needs a way different set of players around him in my mind than Mayfield does on offense. We are setup for Mayfield and it would actually put us back to make a move for any other QB honestly. We are stuck with this current run with Mayfield whether or not you peeps like it

Berry is likely going to target the BPA, but I would think if 1A is an offensive guy and 1B is a defensive, it will be more on the defense this off season. Getting Delprit and Greedy back, with the addition of Harrison that we made, should make for a better secondary, but I still think we badly lack a legit FS. At 26, I think its going to be hard to find the center field FS I would like, so in my mind the best defensive player available at 26 is who we go with. Since we lost Vernon, a DE/DT type would be nice.

Meh, it is a tough schedule, but the only teams on that list that are demonstrably better are the Chiefs and Green Bay.

They should beat teams like the Raiders, the Vikings, Lions, Broncos, Chargers and Patriots. The Bears, Texans are tough but certainly beatable.

They should beat all their division rivals at least once.

If they improve that D this looks like a 10-6 on the very low end, and 13-3 on the high end. I would say 11-5 again is probably likely.

How are the Texans tough? They have Watt, but Watson wants out and no way they get equal value.

What set of players is that? The guy had a very poorly-constructed roster around him this year, and Mayfield had a loaded one.
