Richardson is a far better player than Cedi, who is poised to play big minutes for us. While he dipped a bit as he has bounced around, he has proven to be a starting caliber player in the NBA.
3 of that last 5 seasons, he's posted a 2+ WAR. Cedi has posted a WAR of 1+ a single time (19-20 season).......and defensively, Richardson has shown the ability to be as good of a defender as Okoro, while also supplying reliable outside shooting on volume. He's 36.5% on 1900 career attempts. He's a decent connector at 4.5 AST per 100 and he rebounds on par with Isaac.
To me, he's a great buy low candidate, who can be asked to just do what he is good at. See if he can't reclaim his form from 19-20......where he was a really good rotational piece for the Sixers, who went 43-30 that season.
