Bey in particular is someone that I'm not sure why they didn't look into. I just don't think we had anything that they really wanted tbh.

5 2nd round picks. And Bey isn't good. I'm always confused why people act like he's good. He's not efficient as a shooter. He's a terrible defender. He's soft on the glass. What do people actually think he provides? Now the guy they should have acquired is Mo Bamba for the price of 1 2nd and a filler.

The guy is is averaging 15 points a game shooting 40% from field and 35% from three. And he is not a terrible defender. He is a very capable defender. Other than Okoro he is a better defender than any Cavs frontline plsyer not named Allen/Mobley.

Yeah, I'm extremely disappointed we didn't grab Bamba. Lakers gave up virtually nothing - he's a legit 7 footer with some shooting skills, and still young. Would have been the perfect back up to Allen & injury protection should JA ever get hurt. He could have easily given us roughly 20 minutes a night - as the roster is currently constructed.

Bones went for cheap, 2 2nds. That would allowed Cleveland to trade Levert for Bamba. Oh well, I’m pleased with the Cavs have playing lately, just hope the twin towers stay healthy

He's young and the ability is there. Efficiency is an issue, but I think he'd improve if he wasn't on a shit team.

The ability hasn't been there since his rookie year. He has gotten worse every year. Could he improve in a better situation? Maybe. Do I expect him to improve? No I don't. I will be shocked if he breaks ATL rotation considering the wings they already have. To me Bey is a name people expect something from but he really hasn't shown anything other then being bad the past 2 years.

Atlanta was giving Reddish 20 minutes a game and he's significantly worse than Bey. Bey is going to be an upgrade for them, but I can agree with you on one thing. We should be setting our sights higher when looking for a wing, but it seems like there is NEVER anything available for us.

Reddish hasn't been on the Hawks since last season. If I'm Hawks who am I playing Bey over? Bogdan, Griffin, Hunter? Hawks actually have a pretty good trio on the wing. I don't see how or where Bey actually gets minutes for them. Unless it's garbage time.

Yes I would take a healthy Dean Wade over Bey. As for Cedi or Bey it's a toss up. Ideally your not counting the Cedi or Beys of the world when it matters.

If Cedi was just a little more polished/consistent we wouldn't be having this conversation. I don't feel like he ever reached his full potential. It's a shame.

This I agree with….without a doubt. But no way is Wade a better player than Bey. Both players have had the opportunity to start for the Cavs and neither of them have come close to averaging 15 points a game.
