Mobley is shooting 40% from 3 in his last three games and almost 33% (6-19) in his last six games and I’m excited. Am I cherry picking? Yes but I don’t care. A Mobley who can hit 3s is on his way to superstardom and I’ll seize on any evidence I can get. Keep shooting Evan!

The concerted effort I’m seeing from Mitchell/Garland to kick out to Mobley when he’s open at the 3pt line makes me very happy. They are beginning to trust his shot, and trust his decision making if a defender is closing. The future is bright!

His lack of a consistent outside shot will bite us in the playoffs. He’s being dared to shoot and he’s still not making a good percentage. It will likely be worse under pressure. It’s probably going to be a struggle with Allen, Mobley, & Okoro on the floor together when we see locked in good defensive teams with a playoff-level game plan. But there is no doubt that he is looking better and better. We may only be one off-season of developing that shot from seeing an all-star level player.

The one game I miss and he puts up these numbers? Shitty. The fact that no one is in here talking about it? A fucking travesty. Someone recap how our boy did please.

If you watched the game, Mobley just played with in himself. Nothing was special for him about the game. This is where Mobley is going, he played really strong defense with some blocks and steals. Made a 3 pointer, had allot of rebounds, some offensive. He does his running hook a few times. He just keeps getting more aggressive.

If one play stands out to me is this move into the lane against Blake where he puts his shoulder into Blake to create space and does his jump hook We have seen Mobley be aggressive lately with using his length and super quick jumping ability to get uncontested shots off inside, but if he starts using the shoulder like Embiid does or Giannis, i might have under estimated his offensive ceiling and i have said he is a future MVP vote getter.

Honestly, watch the game, it wont seem like Mobely is doing anything special for him, 25-15 and 3 blocks is just within his game now. He is growing that much.

This was a great summary and take, thank you!

Just catching up on the game, it's pretty incredible to see a kid have this big of an impact with very little drawn up for him. He is not the focal point of the offense - far from it, yet he still can dominate for long periods at a time.

The recent uptick in assists is great to see. The high-low to JA has been solid and Mobley is finding guys a lot quicker on the kickout. His decision making has sped up like he is really starting to process the game at a high level. I'm okay with the turnovers as long as they come while being aggressive. The overdribbling and being stripped shit needs to be knocked off, but he will learn. The handle will tighten as well.

Looking forward to seeing him dominate an entire playoff series!
