I don't think he'll get there because most voters consider total career/longevity and Kluber really just had 6-7 full years. Johan Santana is probably a similar comp and he received only 2.4% his first year and was removed off the ballot. Best chance is probably the Contemporary Baseball Era Committee voting him in sometime down the road. It seems hard to believe the arguably the best pitcher in baseball for ~5 year stretch has no chance.
Kluber might be my favorite player of all time. Sad to see him go.

He will get in the Cleveland Indians/Guardians hall of fame in a sense but not in the regular one....
A hall of famer is like 70ish bWAR if not more... He's got 34 bWAR... Tim Hudson had 200+ wins and 55 bWAR and didn't even get a vote... He will make the ballot, but won't get enough votes to stay on...
