Ty Lue is too loyal to his guys to a fault... playing JR and TT too much when they are not showing good production on the floor and keeping Longo when obviously his system resulted to one of the worse defense in the NBA for the past 2 years...

Never had a year where he coached anything above 13th ranked defense without Doc. Never had a year where the defense improved so far in his short career. That is the most alarming thing to me.

I think he is t just not good at defense, he is actively hurting it.

I am more convinced than ever that it is Lue and Longabardi...Hell, the coaching staff as a whole that makes this team so horrific on defense. And underachieve as a whole.

Worse yet, I am convinced that the horrible coaching staff is going to be the reason that Lebron bolts this summer.
