Thats pretty much the most stereotypical thing ever. U mad?
Get the fuck out if you cant take it. You lost, YOU get over it.
what do you want me to say? sorry your city sucks and the teams from the area i grew up in happen to have more history? get a fucking life.
lakers fans suck, but seriously, stop talking about fucking class in the NBA, these guys are nothing more then a bunch of thugs who get paid to play a sport. get the fuck over it. class and sports? thats a real oxymoron right there.
Cavs vs. Lakers, Game 31
CAVS (23-8) 102, LOS ANGELES LAKERS (23-5) 87
at Staples Center
TV: WEWS (Channel 5)
RADIO: WTAM (1100 AM)
WHAT HAPPENED: The Cavs have won 6 of their last 8 meetings against the Lakers. But very few have been this impressive.
They led from wire-to-wire and extended their lead to 20 points in the second quarter.
The Cavs' bigs of Shaquille O'Neal, Zydrunas Ilgauskas and Anderson Varejao dominated the Lakers' big men Pau Gasol, Andrew Bynum and Lamar Odom.
Don't laugh. Varejao has been playing almost on an All-Star level in the last couple weeks. One can see why the Cavs' paid him that big contract last summer. He's so important to their team.
O'Neal had five dunks on the night. He was up for the matchup against his old team.
Cavs forward LeBron James also took on the challenge of Lakers forward Ron Artest. He's the only player I've ever seen intimidate James on the court. That occurred during James' rookie year. Artest is every bit as big and strong as James and really bodies him up.
In many ways, he defends him as well as any player in the NBA.
James ended with 26 points, nine assists and four rebounds. He shot 9 of 19 from the field and turned the ball over seven times.
Cavs guard Mo Williams was really good in the game with 28 points and seven assists. He made 8 of 13 from the field and 3 of 3 from behind the arc.
He's a tough little guy, too. He bruised his knee in the Sacramento game on Wednesday and was still a bit sore. Then during Friday's game, Lakers guard Kobe Bryant slammed into him from behind and knocked him to the court. He remained in the game, however.
Guy, im a Celtics fan...I hate the Lakers more then anyone on this site. This is ONE game, you think Kobe is going to go 10-30 very often? You think Z and Shaq are going to kill it every game? There are 82 games in the year, this was just one. When the Cavs lose to the Bobcats, its the end of the world, when they beat the lakers, they are the best team since the 96-97 Bulls. Lets put this in perspective. April is a long, long way away, and as someone else said on here, this game meant much more to the Cavs then the Lakers, the same way when the Lakers beat the Celtics last year.
Cavs looked good today, but lets not start planning any parades.
A celtic fan talking about parades? Buy extra injury insurance for your scrub starters and tell your coach Rondo and Perkins are your best players right now.
what do you want me to say? sorry your city sucks and the teams from the area i grew up in happen to have more history? get a fucking life.
1. I just want you to be respectful or STFU because this isn't a Boston site.
2. Success does not equal history. Browns have a long history of sucking but they have a rich history that I don't think can be matched by many teams.
3. I'm the one that has to get a life? You're on some pathetic team's fan site acting all high and mighty because a bunch of millionaires you don't know won some ball games. Grow the fuck up.
lakers fans suck, but seriously, stop talking about fucking class in the NBA, these guys are nothing more then a bunch of thugs who get paid to play a sport. get the fuck over it. class and sports? thats a real oxymoron right there.
So you want to brag about your teams accomplishments but at the same time tell us nothing we do or root for matters because they're thugs? Not only are you a racist but you're a hypocrite. Not to mention we were talking about the class of the fans of a championship team, not the players.
