Game #40 : Cavaliers @ Trailblazers: Wed, January 21st, 10:00 EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Good win by the Cavs ! :)

I am 2/3 on prediction now though, said Sasha would get 10+ vs hornets(did), 10+ vs lakers (did), he got 6 today but the refs really took him out of the game mid-way, but it's not all about points! He played good defense, made good decisions and went 3-6 for FG. Maybe my mentality is different but you should support all players on the team and not throw them under the bus if they're in a slump(talk about prior), this is how it is in all sports in Japan.

Wally rebounded great, I wonder if he can keep it up!

Gibson very cold, but it's just a bad game.

Amazing game by Mo! This was the type of game I was waiting from him, Lebron had a great game, but does anyone feel that he's been less aggressive lately probably due to his arm?

No, he just sucks.

In his latest cavaliers insider report,Brian Windhorst said that LBJ is injured.

He hurt his arm at the end of the Hornets game and has been wearing the Larry Hughes Memorial Sleeve ever since. No biggie, he'll fight through it. Didn't seem to affect him too much tonight.

A win is a win, but it always feels a little better when you win injured and on the road.

Good effort, and a needed win.

Posted neat-o stats. A lot more refreshing in a winning effort ;)

I thought Mo looked pretty good on D tonight too. '

Hickson is shaping up. His defense looked a lot better tonight. If he can avoid fouling a little more, he will be really productive.

Sasha and Wally continue to step up, but we still need more from them so LBJ and Mo don't have to have amazing games every night.

Props to our coaching staff for running that Mo-LeBron pick & pop late in the 4th quarter.

I honestly think that it works better than LeIso unless LeBron's going all Video Game James on people.

Now Im mad I missed this game

Sounds like MO and Bron went off

Good win...solid game by Mo..and Lebron..even though he still has that tendency to take a long ill-advised J at times...they were hitting their 3's and hurting Portland..

I have a problem with Aldridge, Oden, Roy, Przybilla, and Bayless all having as many or more foul shots than LBJ......I didn't get to watch the game because I'm now residing in a place where Blue Jackets games get the nod over Cavs games, but how could this be possible? As a team we took only 15 foul shots (most by one player is 4) and the Blazers took 33.....I'm a bit skeptical, but we won so I'm not angry I suppose.

Hickson is shaping up.

I thought he played atrocious last night. He fouled every play it seemed. I know its being aggressive but there are times he needs to know when to back off.

He gets called for touching the guy. They had their ticky tack foul measuring device out last night. That was a big problem and Sasha gets the brunt of it too. Hickson was aggressive, and if he hadn't been that way I promise you he would have had 30 scored on him.

The foul disparity was disgusting. I don't want to be such a homer about it, but man we are the best defensive team, we know how to guard people without fouling. There is no way such a young team committed fewer fouls than us when LBJ couldn't get to the basket and wasn't making his layups.

I was glad during the fourth they stopped calling so much utter crap. When Ben and AV went to work they were allowed to be more physical for loose balls. I don't mind the calls for loose balls when you push someone out of the way and hold, but they were calling them on us last night for touching another guys hands when he wasn't in control and the ball was up for grabs. Poking the ball away clean got us a few as well.

Hickson is gonna get a lot of bs touch fouls cause he is a rook, i thought he seemed more comfortable out there.
