Game 58 | Cavaliers vs. Hornets | February 23, 2010 | 7:00 EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This is somewhat off topic but I love how the Cavs had only 8 turnovers today, and LeBron had 0. Hopefully this trend will continue.

I just hope we keep everyone healthy.

Ronny Brewer, traded, immediately tore a hammy.

Josh Howard, traded, tore his ACL.

Camby just left the Portland game with an ankle.

I blame the Amare thread.
Fixed

Aaron Goldhammer just got dawged on the overtime show. Hahaha I liked that caller.

You know; watching Jamison for years with the Wiz and I didn't really know much, but DAMN; the Man is a beast. Also; who the hell said this guy couldn't play defense?

What a fucking pickup.

Care to explain a little? I missed the entire game due to an exam, but I'd like to know what he did that was so beastly.

Just got out of an exam, missed the entire game.

It appears that besides that outburst, we handled them pretty well? LeBron 13 assists, 0 TOs?

On the downside, Mo still shot like shit. We can't have that against the Celtics. In addition, Moon is back in the lineup, but no Jawad, which is okay with me. Finally, LeBron playing 44 minutes against a team that should be easily beaten is way too many, especially at home.

Jamison + Shaq + AV combined for 22/39 for 52 points, 20 rebounds. That's huge.

We absolutely have to get more production out of Mo and Delonte (Mo in particular tonight). If we're counting on Parker to be our top scorer in the backcourt, we are in trouble. The fact that our frontcourt puts up 73 out of 105 points shows how poorly our backcourt played.

Remember last year when the back court was our offensive strength? Man how times change, even though the back court players are basically the same.

I really hope they snap our of this. At least Delonte played better tonight.

Great game besides Mo and Delonte...Mo seemed to find his stroke at the end of the game. However Delonte's passing was absolutely terrible the entire game.

Sounds like you didn't miss the game.

That is good to hear. It's hard to tell from the box score whether he actually played well or just got a lot of easy baskets off passes, etc.

It's mainly because the defense has to account for him now... no matter where the hell he is on the court. He is opening up passes into Shaq, and opening up the lane for Lebron to drive and kick or shoot.

Once the NEW Cavs team gets accustomed to everything, etc, who the hell are defenses going to key on? They won't be able to double up LeBron so easily like they did all of last year and even the first part of this year. You also can't double up Shaq with Jamison on the court. There are many ways Jamison helps and is why he is such a beast. :)

Sounds like you didn't miss the game.

Those were just my observations from the box score. :chuckles:

Guess sometimes you can tell how a team played by looking at box scores, but that still doesn't tell the whole story of defense, offensive flow, how Jamison is fitting in, etc.

I just find it so amazing that we havent had a player of Jamison's calibar since Boozer. He makes us so much better.

Thanks for the repairs, fellas.

Anyone watching the Griz taking it to the Lakers? Haddadi is having the game of his life.

It relates to the game therefore it isn't off-topic.

Off-topic would be seriously steering this game thread away from its intent.

So has anybody seen that Tony Kornhesier was suspended for two weeks?
