Not sure why Mike Brown didn't get thrown out of the game tonight. Enough shenanigans were going on that he needed to make a statement and staring at the ref with a big goofy grin wasn't cutting it.

Yes he did. He trapped Lebron and took him out the game. Mike Brown did not make adjustments. That's being outcoached.

It would have been nice to get Lebron off the ball tonight and let him post up more.

Should have figured this game was over when AV got hurt: defense just collapsed and we lost a guy who Lebron is comfortable with. Can't underestimate how much AV 7 foot frame and ability to connect with Lebron on pick and rolls was missed. Lebron's passing looked awful in part IMO because he wasn't in there with AV and guys were in different spots then he's used to
