Windler sure doesn't provide much, and hasn't since he's been back. Disappears when you need him most.

And they are probably scared to play him more than 12 minutes a game, or more than 2 games a week because he will get hurt again.

JBB has no idea how to manage a game and he has this wrong idea about the game or what it us that he needs to do. He played Okoro the whole 2nd half for his defense. He tasked him at guarding Curry... Curry got everything against him. On the ball, off the ball... straight up layup lines and open 3s. On the other end, he completely fucked up our offense by shrinking the floor on penetration and allowing GSW to switch on screens. Just clueless coaching.

Even if JBB is the worst coach in the history of the NBA or if the decision to leave on Okoro is the worst individual decision of the season, Curry could have and would have done the same thing regardless of who we put on him. Not defending him. Not defining Okoro. There is no player on this team who stops or even bothers Steph. When he puts his mind in the game and the Warrios buckle down and run their Curry based action, what we just saw is what it looks like 99 out of 100 times.

My complaint against the team and the coach would be the 4th quarter offense. I know they are tired. And I know GS buckled down. But 8 points in the quarter is still a horror show and he should have taken more timeout to get into Rubio and Garland to ru the offense better or make changes on the floor more based on offense than the futile hope of stopping a hot Curry

Cavs fought. No real complaints. Just wish JBB went to Davis/Love instead of Wade/Love.

Lived in Mountain View Apartments about 22 at the end of West End Avenue. Moved to NEO 50 years ago. Lived in Philly last nine years. Have a friend in Branchburg so I’m up that way a lot.

Actually, no it’s not. His natural tendency is to continue to move the ball and pass to the open man…but that’s kind of a problem when all of our “open” players suck. He needs to be more selfish

Well before tonight Windler was making plays, playing defense, and just being a positive. He looked bad tonight, but I’m not gonna crucify him because he’s barely getting any time and when he does show something nothing changes with his time.

Warriors could have had this quarter at any point of the game.

They lallygagged expecting an easy full game and then turned it on in the 4th.

And it would have happened no matter what combination of players we put on the floor the final 12 minutes.

Disagree. Their defense wasn’t at a level where we couldn’t get what we wanted. That was our inept offense going full stand-and-watch mode. We were up 13 to start, so if we score just like 20 points in the quarter, we give ourselves a great chance to win. We start the quarter with a shot clock violation, and then Curry gets the most wide open 3 of the game on the other end. Sad that you could already see the writing on the wall at that point.
Warriors 36, Cavs 8. Fucking 8. Goodnight nurse.

We had fresh legs on the bench. Use them if everyone is so tired they can’t honestly compete. If they’re too shitty to play any minutes in the NBA then cut every one of them. I dunno. Fuck that tired legs shit. You were up 14 in the 4th. Not too tired to play 12 more minutes. Just played like ass

It's one of those situations of too little too late. You can get away with playing Windler or Valentine or hell, even Pangos when it's the 3rd quarter or early 4th but if you are plugging those guys late in the fourth then you might as well throw the game. Would take tired ass/shitty Okoro over Valentine or a gun shy Windler.

JBB doesn't really think ahead like at all. The lack of talent makes it hard to play shitty guys at certain points of the game, but he has to try if if the goal is to play 48 minutes and win.

I mean, at this point it's not even an uphill battle to justify where he was taken. I can't see that ever being reached.

It's an uphill battle to even justify being a rotational player on a middle of the road NBA team.

JBB doesn't seem to realize when the squad gets gassed, they can't shoot for shit... I don't understand why he can't draw simple plays up. But also playing Okoro even if he was truly a lockdown defender, for the entire half is just a joke IMO. If he can't see that Okoro was doing just as bad as anyone else out there on defense, he's blind to reality.

All that being said, fuck the zebras, fuck Draymond, fuck Steph and fuck the Warriors.
