Jeez, I didn't know eBay were such a-holes about that kind of stuff...

And getting a hold of someone who can actually give you a straight answer is impossible they just constantly run you around in circles and only give you links to the rules. You cant call or talk to any and the live chat help they have is "general" help so again they just point you towards the appropriate link.
