It's ridiculously hard to makes friends as an adult

I just joined an axe throwing league. Just me. It’s a pretty open group there. Not sure if I’ll hang out outside of the league with anyone here, but it’s nice to be out if the house.

On a related note, does anyone else throw? I don’t have my own axe yet. Any recommendations?

Aside from that ... I'll be interested in the other replies you receive. The last good friend I made was probably about 15 years ago.

Learn to ride horses.. Awesome chick's there..

Really just do something not screen related. Volunteer habitat for humanity, or trail maintenance at national parks, or pick up soccer if you know how.. post pandemic that is actually possible.. I have been doing distance cycling, made a lot of friends that way..
