The mother gets free rein to do whatever, pay her bills, pay her boyfriend's bills, create more bills, very seldom does the money get put up for the child's future education. There should be laws where a fraction of the payment goes directly to child's saving account.

I've seen bitches get fake titties with child support, it's so fucking sad.

Family Law in this nation is irrevocably broken and incredibly archaic.

The presumption that the mother is by default the better parent is an outdated travesty.

What imo should be handed down, paid college, 5m into a trust fund to be received on 18th birthday, rent up to 2k a month paid over 18 years, 1k in food a month, 1k in allowance a month in child's bank account, and ultilies paid for, and new car paid for the mother 30k max

He isn't due to receive his first paycheck until September 9th. The judge ordered him to start paying the $6k a month on August 1st so what I took away is that they're insinuating he fled to Florida to avoid paying it (he checked into rehab the same day paternity was first established in 2016).

That doesn't make a whole lot of sense. If he missed one month of paying, he could just pay it the next month anyway. The don't do anything to you if you miss one month.

There's really no way an NBA player can get joint custody. They're away from home far too often.

Also, they can just be more careful about where they put their dicks. It's not like the child support laws are a secret.
