NYC receive
Shumpert, Frye, RJ, Cedi

Indiana receives
Kevin Love, 2021 pick

CLE receives
Melo, Paul George

It works. Knicks can break up our scraps to trade easier. Cedi gives them a young SF.
You might even be able to get away with NY giving up some future protected 1sts to Indy for taking Melo off their hands.

I don't think the gap is as big as everyone is thinking despite it being 0-3. Lebron/Love were the only ones to show up at the Oracle. Last night Lebron/Kyrie were great but we were out rebounded and shot 27% from 3 while the Warriors shot 48.5% from 3. It took a collapse late for them to win that game.

I do think PG would make the difference. PG is not only a better player than Love he would be playing 7-10 more minutes a game than Love.

Lol. It's funny how fans do mental gymnastics when the shoe is on the other foot.

I'm sure you think Indiana is knocking on our door, then? After all, those were four close games, and two of those games they had shots at the end to win or tie, and one of the other games they were winning by 25!

You get swept, you aren't close.

Saying we're an all star away from competing is no mental gymnastic because it acknowledges that we are comfortably inferior to them. It's not referring to the gap in the present series but rather the roster moves that can help narrow it in the nearer future

Kevin Love was amazing tonight.

I really can't say enough about his defense. As a help defender and even when guys go 1-on-1 with him he was spectacular.

Only finished with 23/5/1 but that undersells how many great passes he made that led directly to fouls. He also shot 6/8 from deep and finished +18 in only 29 minutes.

Another all-around gem from Love.

I don't know how you can trade him and expect to magically beat the Warriors: he's the only big on this team who can rebound, stretch the floor, pass, and I'm still shocked to say this feel confident about doing a good job on the PnR.

Our Big 3 is more then good enough: we just don't have a Thompson, Igoudala, Livingston etc to throw out there. They just come at you in waves with good to great 2 way wings

He's been very consistent throughout the Finals!!!! I applaud him.

Thats the Thing.. Love has proven he can be a huge factor against GSW.. he is thoroughly outplaying Draymond.

Win or lose this year we need a younger slew of bench Players. We need some guys who can make huge nightly contributions every Game. We need a Thabo.. we need a Tucker..
We need 1-3 solid 3&D wings preferably under 32 and without the risk of them suddenly dropping off.

Our core is Fine. Lebron,Kyrie,Love,TT,JR,Shump is a great Core. We need more defenders that also can hit the open three.

Love always has our backs.. and Hearts, Go Cavs.

Dude is a steals machine all of a sudden. Keep it up Kev!

Love was great last night.

However he fucking sucked in game 3. If we want any shot of winning this series - we need good Kevin Love for 3 straight. If not, kiss it goodbye.

He's the most important player on the team right now.
