LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Someone one Twitter, not some fan, but someone who looks like he is an actual insider says Kawhi to the Lakers is a done deal, just finalizing a few things. I just find it hard to believe the Lakers would let every single decent free agent sign elsewhere if they didnt know Kawhi was coming there. Wouldnt shock me at all if today is the day they announce it. I think Lebron announced he was going there on July 2nd last year, and it was real quiet, just like this.
Kawhi is not nice.

Others will disagree with me, but I truly believe that Lebron would have stayed if we hadn't blown it and failed to build a roster that was competitive with Golden State in any way. We got no one in 2017, failed on executing a post-season trade so badly that Kyrie said he wanted to leave (which pissed Lebron off), then blew the Kyrie trade in an epic way, getting effectively no value at all for him, then blew the midseason trades and left Lebron on an island to singlehandedly drag us to the Finals. That's a lot of incentive to leave.

Claimed insider InBoobieWeTrust told us that we could have traded Kyrie for Middleton and Brogdon, we make that deal I think Lebron is still here.

This is extremely true, he held all of San Antonio hostage for a full year and then said fuck you and ditched the classiest organization in possibly all of sports. He would have absolutely no problem keeping the Lakers hanging for a week, destroying their opportunity for other free agents, and then saying fuck you to them too. It's not like he owes anything to the Lakers compared to his history with San Antonio. From a few hours ago --

The guy hand picks his roster, makes you burn all of your assets for his personal benefit and glory, makes you overpay his agents other clients and basically holds you hostage for his agencies benefits, then bails after he's sucked you dry of every bit of juice he can get out of you before ultimately leaving to repeat the cycle all over again. Its a joke how manipulative and uncompetitive he is

If Kawhi goes to the Lakers, its a million percent the worst superteam "buy a championship" of all time. No question. No team has ever had 3 of the top 5 players. It would be completely pathetic and officially turn the NBA from an actual sports league into just entertainment, like a giant Marvel movie.

If Kawhi stays in Toronto or goes to the Clips, basketball will be really interesting and pretty balanced. Great for the league as a whole.

If Kawhi goes to the Lakers, I swear on ky daughters life that I will not watch any NBA until fucking LeBron retires and is out of the league.

Change the name to the NBE. "National Basketball Entertainment".

Keep your daughter out of harms way though.

"His" personal benefit? Let me guess, when we won the championship you stayed home pouting because the evil Lebron James finally got what "he" wanted?

Lol @ the tweet and this mess.

I don't even believe this... I sincerely believe all of this is for entertainment purposes. To keep the fans sucked in and glued to their phones and computers / TV's.

It's so hard for me to believe anything they tell you in this world. I really wish I didn't care about the NBA. Its a JOKE.

I was honestly a little upset LeBron won the FMVP and not Kyrie. Forget the numbers. The stat padders numbers are overhyped.

I have a question. How can a Cavs fan be rooting for Lebron now to win more titles with the fucking Lakers????? Someone has to explain to me the logic behind that mentality. You always get a few guys in here getting mad at posters who are tired of Lebrons free agency antics. I just dont understand that. Lakers fans dont deserve Lebron or more titles, especially cheap rings having 3 of the top 5 players on the same team. Its nauseating. Some guys in here are Lebrons white knight. Not trying to be an ass i just really want someone to explain to me why they want to see Lebron succeed in LA.

LeBron left a year ago. Continuing to talk about him every day and complain about what he's doing isn't healthy. He's gone now.

Most of us our talking about him because if Kawhi goes there it will completely ruin the game. We want to see a competative league where numerous teams have a chance to win the whole thing. I want to continue to be a fan and follow the " game", but if Kawhi is a Laker it just becomes a joke and isnt worth a damn. And come on man, do you really think Cavs fans are ever going to stop talking about Lebron James?

We dont talk about him because he left.. I'm glad he left. Hope he doesn't come back. Retire in LA, stay in LA for all I care.

I cant speak for everybody, but I dont like him as a person. I never knew somebody so selfish and arrogant. And in a world where celebrities and athletes are worshipped, that's saying something. Not that I "know" him personally.

I cant stand what he did to the league. The NBA used to be a professional business. Now it's a joke. He ruined the integrity of the game. Hi-jacked the association, made it all about him wherever he goes, now he has a agency to cheat the league even more.. Its all just a joke. A cancer to the game.

Probably not, but if it makes you upset then why keep thinking about it? What's done is done. The Cavs are likely looking at multiple championships if not for Durant's cowardly decision. Sometimes things just don't work out the way that they should. Even still, they won 1 in historic fashion. Who cares if Lebron came back for selfish reasons or not. The Cavs were the first team to come back down 3-1 in the NBA finals, and they did it against the first 73 win team in NBA history. No one can ever take that away from Cleveland. 30 years from now that's what Cavs fans are going to remember about LeBron James.

I get what you are saying, but i am talking about now. I want to continue to watch the Cavs and see how these young guys do, but i do not want to go through a whole season of Lebron/Kawhi/AD/Lakers rammed down my throat. The Nba is going to lose a lot of fans of this happens. I dont want to watch a sport where one team is basically the 92 dream team. No point in it. It would be like if Bird, Magic and Jordan all teamed up in say, 1989. I dont want the game i have loved since about 1985 to be ruined by the ultimate superteam.

"KD" this, "KD, that.. Fans are always talking about KD and what he did.. then when he went down with injury, fans (cavs fans, specifically, HERE on RCF) were saying that the injury was "karma".. but never did it cross the fans minds that maybe, just maybe, KD going to the warriors and putting the cavs in a headlock was "karma" to lebron for what he has put everybody around him through.. for his ego and pride, for his selfishness, him getting coaches fired and trying to get others fired, i mean the depths of this mans wickedness and selfishness is absurd.

I dont see lebron as other cavs fans see him.. i caught on to his selfishness back in his first cavs stint. that ESPN special was nothing but fruit of his pride, ego, selfishness.. thats a vile man. "I'm taking my talents to South Beach" on ESPN in front of the world shouldnt have surprised anybody. It didn't surprise me. Again, I didnt care. I was even glad then I didn't have to watch that selfish man no more nor look at his face or hear his phony interviews.

This man preaches loyalty.. or he has that tatted on his body somewhere.. so that also makes him a hypocrite because his loyalty is only to him self.

So yeah, Im glad KD went to GS and crapped on lebron and his "legacy". Im fairly confident that lebron will never win another championship. he spent the majority of his career trying to get EASY RINGS! NOT 1, NOT 2, NOT 3! 4! 5! 6! 7! & MORE!

He really said that on a stage in front of thousands of fans.. but whats more embarrassing is that he really believed that...

he has grown increasingly more and more obsessed with getting "easy rings" that, what you call "karma" wont let him have his way.. he can try to carve out "his own legacy", he can try to be the god of his own life and destiny, but there is somebody out there greater than him, and the outcome of his career is showing just that. lebron wont win jack in LA. how about that for karma.
