LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If I was a betting man, I would bet the lakers, if they get kawhi, wont finish the season healthy. 1 of their big 3 will be injured .. and there goes another year gone for lebron, another year older, another year closer to retirement ! lol quick, think lebron! whos the next stud you can try to steal to help polish your legacy! what a joke.

I get what you are saying, but i am talking about now. I want to continue to watch the Cavs and see how these young guys do, but i do not want to go through a whole season of Lebron/Kawhi/AD/Lakers rammed down my throat. The Nba is going to lose a lot of fans of this happens. I dont want to watch a sport where one team is basically the 92 dream team. No point in it. It would be like if Bird, Magic and Jordan all teamed up in say, 1989. I dont want the game i have loved since about 1985 to be ruined by the ultimate superteam.

On The Fan they were saying that LeSuperteam could be the oldest in NBA history if the realistic scenario of Melo + Iggy buyout + other LeBron friends fills out the bench.

It's one thing to have no depth; it's even worse if your "load management" has to be handled by the retirement home.

"KD" this, "KD, that.. Fans are always talking about KD and what he did.. then when he went down with injury, fans (cavs fans, specifically, HERE on RCF) were saying that the injury was "karma".. but never did it cross the fans minds that maybe, just maybe, KD going to the warriors and putting the cavs in a headlock was "karma" to lebron for what he has put everybody around him through.. for his ego and pride, for his selfishness, him getting coaches fired and trying to get others fired, i mean the depths of this mans wickedness and selfishness is absurd.

I dont see lebron as other cavs fans see him.. i caught on to his selfishness back in his first cavs stint. that ESPN special was nothing but fruit of his pride, ego, selfishness.. thats a vile man. "I'm taking my talents to South Beach" on ESPN in front of the world shouldnt have surprised anybody. It didn't surprise me. Again, I didnt care. I was even glad then I didn't have to watch that selfish man no more nor look at his face or hear his phony interviews.

This man preaches loyalty.. or he has that tatted on his body somewhere.. so that also makes him a hypocrite because his loyalty is only to him self.

So yeah, Im glad KD went to GS and crapped on lebron and his "legacy". Im fairly confident that lebron will never win another championship. he spent the majority of his career trying to get EASY RINGS! NOT 1, NOT 2, NOT 3! 4! 5! 6! 7! & MORE!

He really said that on a stage in front of thousands of fans.. but whats more embarrassing is that he really believed that...

he has grown increasingly more and more obsessed with getting "easy rings" that, what you call "karma" wont let him have his way.. he can try to carve out "his own legacy", he can try to be the god of his own life and destiny, but there is somebody out there greater than him, and the outcome of his career is showing just that. lebron wont win jack in LA. how about that for karma.

This. All day. It took me awhile to see it, cuz I was blinded by wanting the Cavs to win more titles when LBJ was here and KD was blocking that. But now I see it clearly....I think KD was sick of being looked at as some after thought. He knew that he was becoming as great as LeBron, an unstoppable force that could dominate any game at any time. But he wanted to get his due. So he went to where he had the most help to win and finally overtake James. And he basically did it - had he not gone down with such a horrific injury, we would all be talking about how hes the greatest player in the game right now. And yet here we are, back in the LeBron universe. It's like KD doesnt even exist again.

That's why KD called the circus that surrounds Lebron toxic. It overtakes the game, it dwarfs the sport itself. It is insane.

One thing is for sure: LeBron is no Tom Brady. That dude wins titles with fertilizer salesmen from Home Depot and dudes that previously sold pet insurance. Whatever random nobodies you put around Brady, he wins with. LeBron is one missed Kyrie three and a missed Ray Allen three from having one ring in all of his years of being the self proclaimed "goat"

We dont talk about him because he left.. I'm glad he left. Hope he doesn't come back. Retire in LA, stay in LA for all I care.

I cant speak for everybody, but I dont like him as a person. I never knew somebody so selfish and arrogant. And in a world where celebrities and athletes are worshipped, that's saying something. Not that I "know" him personally.

I cant stand what he did to the league. The NBA used to be a professional business. Now it's a joke. He ruined the integrity of the game. Hi-jacked the association, made it all about him wherever he goes, now he has a agency to cheat the league even more.. Its all just a joke. A cancer to the game.

We would’ve been in an golden era with parity of it weren’t for the self proclaimed king

I remember seeing a interview of KD during one of those olympic runs, i dont remember which year it was. it was recently. the one lebron first sat out, may have been the same summer he joined the warriors. KD was asked something along the lines of how he was enjoying playing for the olympic team. KD gave an answer that, to me when i heard it, sounded like he sent some subtle shots at lebron. he said he likes this team (he played with the previous teams with lebron) because it was a "team effort", that it wasn't 'one man' doing everything and leading, etc..

when i heard that, i immediately knew he was referring to lebron not being there to put his dictator hat on trying to do and be everything.

im glad KD said that. Im sure somebody could find the interview if they took the time.

oh yes.. there is so much talent in the league, this could be a very fun and exciting league today. but lebron has to try to set him self apart to make him self look head and shoulders above the rest.

had he just been a player and done things in the orderly way, he wouldn't be glamorized like he is. the finals run he had wouldnt have happened, i doubt he would have even won 1 ring. there would have always been a better team than lebron playing his brand of basketball. maximizing his numbers and minimizing the rest of the team and handicapping his coach.

I don't agree with all of that, but it was an excellent rant.

One thing that really bothered me were his humble brags. I'd never even heard of the term until him -- so whether it was invented for him or not, it should have been. It's actually an insult to everyone listening -- as if we're too stupid to understand that the humility is completely false, and that you're just self-promoting out the ass.

Lol you don't see anything clearly with these trash takes. If KD was "an unstoppable force that could dominate any game at any time" he wouldn't have shat his pants when he had the Warriors against the ropes and then proceeded to ride their coattails to easy rings.

Get the fuck out of here with that nonsense.

Exactly. He's blinded by his own self. He loves his name and lifting his self up. It is disgusting, really. Hes sick. He needs a Physician.

I really think KD lost on purpose so it would be easier to leave.

Easily the worst take I've ever encountered here or anywhere. So KD purposely doesn't play dominantly and costs himself a good chance at a championship...so he can play dominantly for a championship somewhere else?

The concept of logic needs a rape counselor after that one.

You must REALLY hate LeBron to be happy about Durant stopping your team (assuming you're a Cavs fan) from winning more championships. A bit weird to me, but to each their own I suppose.

Let me ask you something. Will you like it if Kawhi does go to the Lakers pretty much ensuring Lebron another couple rings? Whats your opinion on this possible LA superteam?

The hate for Lebron on this board is truly amazing. Dude won us a championship and brought us to the finals (TWICE) with trash. People holding it against the guy because he left again because he didn't want his final good years to be wasted with Collin Sexton and Jordan Clarkson are people I will never understand.

I hope the guy wins as many championships as possible up until the Cavs are ready to compete again. At that point, I hope we beat him but I think he will be long gone before that time comes.

LeBron is my favorite player so I'll root for him. I hope that he breaks the scoring record and wins a couple more rings. Another MVP would be cool too. Whether he's an asshole off the court or full of himself doesn't matter to me because I don't have to be around him. I just really enjoy watching him play basketball.
