Can someone explain the charges to me? Where did they go? Also why was tech in the store so outdated?
The charges went to various points in history in the sacred timeline
My guess is that we're not dealing with a Variant Loki at all.
That's exactly what I thought when they were fighting and Hiddleston says "I wouldn't treat me like this"

Well there is a Thor villain/ally that also admits “green” who also has a history with Lady Loki and Loki in the comics.

Different dimension Loki.

Or not a Loki at all.

The Spanish translation of the characters name backs up this idea in the credits

I bit on the green and thought Enchantress right away...

I love that Marvel has gotten so comfortable stepping outside the box and exploring creative ways to use their characters and tell their stories. Wandavision was a perfect example of this and Loki seems to be more of the same. I enjoyed Falcon and Winter Soldier, but it was definitely a more formulaic, block buster super hero story compared to Wanda and Loki (so far). Really excited to see where the series goes.

Is the TVA located in the Quantum Realm? I remember there was a little city hidden in Ant Man and the Wasp and the structures of the buildings look pretty similar to the structures of the TVA. Would also fit with the whole "time works differently here" aspect. I don't know much at all about the comics, but I think Kang is an Ant Man timey-wimey villain associated with the Quantum Realm too. I love the interconnectedness of all the MCU properties.

No that was probably chronopolus

Well, that just asks more questions than gives answers.

It is clear the TVA is not the good guy.

Already halfway through and things can go in sooooo many different directions. I definitely think the TVA is in the quantum realm. It makes so much sense for how they can travel throughout time. Then again, how is the multiverse creation related to the function of the quantum realm. My head hurts.

I think Loki took one of the Time Stones. He didn't just put that pillar back into place with telekenesis. He reversed time like Dr. Stange did. And though Loki in the comic books can shoot energy beams, we have not yet seen him do it in the MCU and he had every reason to on a couple occasions. A green energy blast would be consistent with having the Time Stone.

It makes perfect sense that Loki took some Infinity Stones when he took back the Tesseract. He knows they still work everywhere but the TVA.

In fact, I think the whole trip to Lamentis is him just trying to get information from Sylvie. And that they can leave whenever. For one, he shouldn't get so drunk, or drunk at all, off a few human drinks. Asgardians and Frost Giants have tremendous tolerances.

Personally I leaning towards the fact that he might be "enchanted" the whole time they were on the planet by Sylvie while she tries to get a handle on whether she can trust him at this point or not. Still leaves a number of questions obviously like how she would be able to do that to Loki but would explain some of the "powers" like you mentioned Loki moving the tower from crushing them. Defiantly an episode that offered more question then answers but gonna be interesting to see what direction the show goes in for the final three episodes. Either way I got a pretty Dr. Who vibe from this episode if nothing else which I won't complain about.
