To me, it looks like that second deck is in the shot--so this is clearly not the timeline where Loki won in the first Avengers movie.

Taking a guess? This is another apocalypse that variant Loki's get sent to. Maybe one of the realities where Thanos won, or Ultron won, or something else.

And Mahershala Ali was already announced to be cast as Blade in the upcoming movie.
