Any hope for the upcoming Stranger Things season

I saw some material saying that some of the episodes will be longer than a 90 minute film.

I don't know if that is good or bad, haha

Read about your guys recommendations for Peacemaker. I did not watch Suicide Squad 2, and so I had no idea what to expect.
In my country, they don't have it on, so with my new OLED which is connected to my PC, I downloaded Peacemaker in 4k from a russian site called RuTracker. The series came in russian dub and subtitles activated and with normal eng sub and language as a secondary options. I clicked on the 1st episode and it showed previously on with some flashbacks concerning Waller..so I figured I accidently clicked the last episode. The russian language freaked me out plus the fact I didn't want to watch any spoilers, I quickly hit the close button. So in my mind, if that was the last episode, the episode on the other side of the folder must be the 1st episode.

I watched that episode with enjoyment, especially the intro which is super awesome.. can watch this all day. But things didn't click for me regarding the plot...it was too messy and too action packed for a 1st episode. After finishing the 1st episode I realized I had watched the Finale.

Nevertheless, I watched the full season right after despite the major spoilers. John Cena with an awesome performance and I want Eagly as a pet stat.

But really.. fuck me.

The Roku channel has quietly picked up alot of good content that wasn't available in the US before. It's a free and it's not just on Roku devices.

Shows I've watched recently: Plebs, Friday Night Dinners, the Young Offenders, Swimming with Sharks, Newsreaders, Children ruin everything, The Now.

It really feels like the early days of Netflix or Hulu. They got someone picking good content from untapped sources. They got some good stuff from England, Ireland, Canada, and Australia. It feels like they are trying to pick good content over having a massive library full of mediocre stuff.

It's kind of nice to see a free streaming service that isn't trying to hook you with only giving a couple free episodes or seasons like Peacock, or trying to push a crazy amount of ads.

I'd definitely recommend doing that. First half of this season was a bit of a slow burn but the payoff in yesterday's episode was worth it.

I'm a little surprised I haven't seen a mention of Severance on Apple tv +. Severance is probably the best new show i've seen in years.

True Detective season 1 is still the best single season of television history.

It fell apart when the final clue was was a tax a write-off for a personal home painting expense. Up to that point the show was awesome.
